Keith and Cida McSorley

Keith and Cida McSorley, the developers of this concept, envision a place for families to enjoy.  Their vision draws on the best innovations throughout the world in which their neighbors can relax, enjoy, and enhance their community experience. Keith’s experience as a former senior executive with the Men’s Wearhouse has helped him develop a broad knowledge of servant leadership.

Cida McSorley, a native of Brazil, brings an international taste and flavor to our park presentation. Through her living walls, interior and exterior landscapes, she brings nature to life.  Together, their passion to explore the best available techniques to improve air quality as well as water and power conservation will provide a lovely setting for all to enjoy.

Keith and Cida have assembled a diversified and talented group of visionaries to guide them in accomplishing the park objectives.  They include:

  • Dan Rockhill and David Sain of Rockhill & Associates

Together this team will leverage the tools and resources needed to improve the health, wellness, and quality of life for the families we serve.
